Cardio that feels like a party.

I'm Dani — a trampoline fitness coach in Montréal. We jump, we dance, we sweat without even noticing. Bring your sneakers, leave the stress at the door.

What a class actually looks like

No choreography to memorize. No mirror to dread. Just you, a rebounder, and a room full of people having more fun than they expected on a Tuesday night.

  • 50 minutes, full-body

Low-impact on your joints, high-impact on your heart rate. Legs, core, glutes — everything works.

  • A playlist that moves

Brazilian funk, pop hits, throwback classics. The kind of music you'd queue up on your own.

  • Beginner-friendly, always

Every move has a softer and a sharper version. You pick the level as you go.

  • Stretch & breathe to close

Soft music, slow flow, a few minutes to settle. You leave lighter than you came in.

About Dani

Hi, I'm Dani.

I teach trampoline fitness in Montréal — group classes on Tuesday evenings at Rabaterapia, plus private and small-group coaching for people who want a softer landing into a sweaty workout.

I grew up around Brazilian music and movement, and I started coaching because the gym never quite worked for me. Trampoline fitness was the first format I genuinely looked forward to. It's the format I want to share.

If you're nervous about your first class, message me beforehand. I'd rather you show up knowing exactly what to expect than not show up at all.

Before your first class

The questions people actually ask before they show up.

I've never used a fitness trampoline. Will I be lost?+

No. Every class is built so beginners can follow along from the first minute. I demo each move two ways — a softer version and a sharper one. Pick whichever feels right today.

Is it hard on my knees or back?+

The rebounder absorbs most of the impact, which is the whole point. People who can't run comfortably usually find trampoline fitness much kinder on their joints.

What should I wear and bring?+

Supportive sneakers (not minimalist or socks), comfortable workout clothes, and a water bottle. A small towel helps. The studio provides the rebounders.

How early should I arrive?+

Ten minutes early for your first class — that gives us time to fit you to a rebounder and walk through the basics before we start.

Do I need to book in advance?+

Yes. Spots are limited by the number of rebounders. Reserve through Rabaterapia's booking page or message me directly on Instagram.

Do you teach in English, French, or Portuguese?+

All three — class cues are usually a mix of English and French, and I'm happy to switch to Portuguese 1-on-1 if it helps.

Come bounce on Tuesday.

Reserve your spot for the next class, or message me if you'd rather start with a private session. Either way — see you soon.
